Good news.(Android)

Hi guys

After a long time, I got some time and I have a working APK for latest Android. I could sync successfully. No need to build with whole Android and can be installed on any device.

I plan to update to latest caldav4j source, make UI better and some do some other improvements in coming weeks.

For those interested, I can send the APK.
