I am contemplating buying the program for my iPhone, but as I need it
for different kind of work in regard to electronic engineering, I
would like to be sure that it actually does support those functions.

One of those we use a lot is to short numbers down to look like this:
1,000,000 = 1M
Does the calc program support this?

Michal, as we've discussed via email, I will look into adding a module
to support non-dimensional SI units.
