Hello UC Berkeley Familia,
On behalf of the campus-wide Food Security Committee, we would like to thank you for the services and support you provide to UC Berkeley students.
We are happy to announce a new component of our comprehensive effort to alleviate food security challenges at UC Berkeley.
The UC Berkeley Food Pantry will open its doors on Monday, April 21, 2014 and will provide emergency, nonperishable food to UC Berkeley students in need.
Located at Stiles Hall, on the corner of Bancroft Way and Dana Street in Berkeley, the UC Berkeley Food Pantry is for emergency relief as students explore campus food security resources.
Attached is a flyer with UC Berkeley Food Pantry information. Please help us spread the word by sharing information about the UC Berkeley Food Pantry. If possible please print and post the attached food pantry flyer in a visible location of your space. For future service hours, students can visit the food pantry website.
We are excited to open and continue to improve the UC Berkeley Food Pantry as the newest part of our comprehensive food security program.
