building from github notes

Hello Gilles,

I've just started to build from github a few moments ago and have noticed that thor, mustache and xcodeproj gems are required.  Would it be helpful if we dropped notices here for things like this?

Hi Jeff,

Can you explain what you did? Because if you did a git clone and then a bundle install, it *should* have just pulled those gems in. I better look into this.
