Dracut+LUKS support

Hello everyone,
as of Calamares 2.3 some months ago, full disk encryption relies on mkinitcpio
and mkinitcpio-openswap. This is clearly not ok for those of you that use
other initramfs systems. As I recall, dracut support was requested and some of
you were going to look into it. I consider this an important feature, it's
tricky to claim that Calamares does full disk encryption if this only works
with mkinitcpio.
Has there been any progress on dracut early LUKS decryption downstream?
If your distro uses dracut, please ping me in #calamares. With 2.4 around the
corner, I might have some time to look into it in the near future.
