Calamares 2.2.1 release

Hello team,
some good and some bad news today. The bad news is that the planned Calamares
2.3 alpha is delayed (likely until next friday) because of unforeseen
difficulties with implementing LUKS support in KPMcore, so I haven't gotten
around to working on LUKS support in Calamares yet.
Now the good news...
Calamares 2.2.1 is out and the release announcement is live. I've decided to
push out this impromptu bugfix release in order to make the fixes of the past
two weeks available as soon as possible rather than let them be blocked by
LUKS for a few more weeks.
