Hello everyone,

the fourth pre-release tarball for Calamares 2.3 is out now: Calamares 2.3-
beta1. I'm calling this the first beta since we have reached feature complete
status. Only improvements and bug fixes are expected in the coming weeks until
the 2.3 final.

Major changes since 2.3-alpha3 include:
* support for Alongside (i.e. shrink+autoinstall) with LUKS;
* initial support for LUKS filesystem creation in the Manual partitioning
interface;
* improved reboot configuration handling in the Finished module, this makes
the restartNowCommand entry in finished.conf optional, defaulting to
"systemctl -i reboot";
* new optional entry defaultFileSystemType in partition.conf, this is assumed
to be "ext4" unless specified otherwise; the setting affects the filesystem
type used for autoinstall modes, as well as the filesystem type that gets pre-
selected in the Create Partition dialog in the Manual mode;
* fixed an issue which could disable the next page when selecting Manual in
some situations;
* minor string fixes.

Please keep in mind that this is still a preview release. There are known
issues and unfinished bits, especially as far as LUKS support in the manual
partitioning interface is concerned.
