Packager advisory: new e2fsprogs issue which breaks boot

Hello team,

looks like you're getting a second advisory email from me today.

This time it's about e2fsprogs 1.43 and later, which ships with some new flags
in /etc/mke2fs.conf, which in turn make ext4 file systems unbootable with some
bootloaders.
This issue was first discovered a while ago by Rohan Garg, but apparently it
only started impacting us more recently as e2fsprogs 1.43 got more common. It
has nothing to do with Calamares or KPMcore.
