Yes, 'tis true.
I've known about this for a while, but recovery requires a half-day
fiddling with svn, auth etc. and I've been putting this off in favour
of actually writing code :-?
I'll probably take the time to bring things up to the latest svn when
I get to it (shortly I hope now).
In the meantime, please be aware that the sources are available on the
download page of the website, and directly at this URL:
http://openquark.org/Downloads/open_quark_platform_src.zip
