Hello,

I just published a new update site for the eclipse cal plugin, which
should work for eclipse 3.4:

I Eclipse Setup
- (the installation of the plugin is not part of tutorial)
- creating a new workspace
- importing of Quark Framework
- importing of example projects
- Hello World, a simple entry point for own projects
- complex projects which shows the interaction between java and cal,

- creating of run configuration for ICE (simple and complex example)
- interaction with ICE
- using rlwrap to get (bash like) command line history in ice

II Quark02 -- a real world example of using CAL, Steps of the
tutorial:
- showing of real world cal examples
- calling of static java methods
- find a file in classpath
- convert a Excel file into [[String]]
- parsing of rows into own data structure
- implementing a instance of the show typeclass
- aggregation of rows with equal coordinates
- conversion of the result to xml using the XmlBuilder
- outputing a string into a file using a UTF8 encoding
- using the assert function to test the whole code
