Dear friends,

We will be meeting at Wednesday, April 29th at Laurel UMC in Oakland from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Laurel UMC is located at:

3525 Kansas Street
Oakland, CA 94619

This is our last meeting before our event on Saturday, May 2nd so please let us do all in our power to get there on time so that we can get out on time.  To date, we have 30 people registered for our event (woo hoo!) so it promises to be an exciting time!

The agenda is pasted below and attached.  Please let me know if I've left out anything.

Yours in Christ,

Brenda

Brenda,

Several things....

I notice that you applied for your own display table at AC.  Great!  I applied for 3, thinking you might want one, but we probably won't get 3 anyway, so it would work out great if you get your own.

I have printed up for AC 2000 post cards asking Pres. Obama to support humane immigration laws.  I thought we'd try to pass them out, but may have to put them on a display table.  (they cost $139).

I wish I could come on May 2, but SJ District Days are that day and I will be staffing a BCS table.

Glad you have 30, hope you get more (and wish I could get all the info since I can't be there).

Margo

Brenda,

Thanks for the agenda for the Wednesday meeting.  I have a ASC worship task force meeting tomorrow so I will not be able to attend.  I will try to drop in on the event on Saturday.  Do I need to register?

I'll be there a little early, unless I encounter a traffic problem.

Linda,

I plan to take the information about a Jurisdictional event to discuss at the meeting tomorrow.  Do you want any input?

I don’t have anything to add from our conversation.  I would like to see it when you are done with it today.
