Brenda,
The proposal looks good. I would suggest that at least 2 members of the Western Jurisdiction Inter Ethnic Coordinating committee be a part of the Design team along with a Bishop and a Director of Connectional Ministry.

Subject: Western Jurisdiction
Immigration Training Event - January 2011
Friends,
Brenda and Friends: I am glad that you are doing this event. The task force needs to get in touch also with GCORR. They have resources that can help in the organizing of the event as well. I am copying Mrs. Kathy Thomas-Sano. She is the Associate General Secretary with responsibility over the Western Jurisdiction.
