CAL Football Family and Fans - Tonight’s the BIG GAME!  I’m passing info on that was shared with me.  Here’s info you need to know:

This Friday is a big game between us and that other team (Lets not mention their name.  ) We need a big showing of support for our Centurions. 

 

Just a little Centurion Football history about us and that other team: 

This will be the 4^th straight year CAL and "that other team" will meet in the Regional Final.  CAL has won the last 5 regular season games but have been eliminated by "that other team"  the last 3 years in the playoffs.  

 

We need a huge show of support! We will have some special pregame activities reflecting the heart and spirit of the CAL community. Our Senior Chaplains: Maya Wright and Mason Leichhardt  will lead the opening prayer, to remember the Paris victims, AND we'd like to have a prayer tunnel for the players to run through as they enter the field. Please help us by forming two lines coming from the field house to form a  “tunnel” for our Centurions to run through as they exit the field house.  CAL students, cheerleaders with their banner, etc. will be closer to the game field. This is a SURPRISE - they'll see our support as soon as they run out the doors;)

 

As the captains go onto the field for the coin toss we will go down to form the tunnel at approximately 7:15. 

 

Because it's such a huge game and "that other team" always brings  a gigantic crowd here are some things to remember:  

• Dress in BLACK   its a black out!
• Get there early
• make sure your seats are saved and by 7:15 be down by the field house in two lines facing each other so the boys can run through! 

From the moment our Centurions step out of the field house they will know we BELIEVE in them!
