Dear Families,

Please pray for Sawyer Sherrod (CAL 6th grader). You may remember Sawyer from lacrosse and basketball intramurals. 

Sawyer got a virus that attacked his liver. He was in Kosair for a week and transferred to Cincinnati Children's hospital this week to see a liver specialist. The doctors have tried many medications. He was moved to ICU yesterday and tried another medication to prevent liver failure. 

Unfortunately his liver has failed :-(. He has been moved to the top of the transplant list. Please pray for a liver for him before toxins take over his body.
