Hey Tommy,
That's great! I am currently trying to get some of the bay area actives to volunteer so most of the alumni can enjoy the day. We will be having an alumni director planning event in a couple weeks to finalize the plans, after that I will know more about the help I may need for the event and I will let you know. If you could please get me their names on contact info in the meantime, I will compile a list and be sure to contact them.
In the meantime, I'm just trying to find a nice place to cater our meal. Currently i'm looking into Whole Foods since I'm not familiar with any restaurants. If you have any recommendations please let me know!
