Hey Guys, 

There notes for the meeting are located here.

The main takeaway is that we'll be running the show for the first event, with an introduction to APX and and Q&A session. 

• Date: 9/6
  
• Time: 7p
• Location: TBD, but likely a Wurster 1st floor room

The only thing we haven't been able to sort out is how we'll get all of the food to Wurster before 630 so that we can do some setup. We will probably store it at one of the actives' houses the day before. Surya has volunteered to drive it, but we need some help carrying it and a contingency plan bc he is coming from the city and may hit traffic/get caught up at work. Let me know if you guys  have any thoughts!
