Is it possible to run 3 sound cards in reaper at the same time and be
able to record from all 3 (8 inputs per card) at the same time?

-----------

Multiple PRV is now doable. Docking them at the bottom works. I had 10
docked with multiple tracks in each.
Bad news is it seems it won't allow duplicate tracks in any PRV.

Example:
So I can do all strings and All Brass
But I can't do All Strings + Brass along with those 2.

I guess it's about selecting outputs on the track?
Oh wait ... the tracks should feed busses and the busses should feed
hardware outs?
I'm trying to set this up but maybe I'm still Sonar brained.
I'm not seeing any output names other than in Options > Pref. > Device.

Can you send me a template, like with 8 tracks, 4 buss, and 2 main outs
or point me to some templates?

This thread may provide some info even if it is a year old.

Doh!
I didn't have it set to ASIO.

Looks like they're all there now but I'm too tired to continue now.
I'll get back if I get stuck.

Thanks Poly.
Yea ... I did see that thread earlier today,
but I think I've got all ins and outs now available since switching to
ASIO. Both Echo cards are using one driver and the range choices are
allowing me to select all ins and outs.

I just need to learn how to route everything and then do a stress test.

Trudy inherited my 2 Audiophile cards.
I've got 2 Echo cards in this PC ... a Gina24 and a Gina 3G and they're
both using something called "ASIO Echo PCI".

I just learned how to do track folders!

I was trying to get Sonar X2 up and running for the past 2 days, and
they really screwed up the controller pane and PRV.

Reaper is willing the contest now.
My mission is to go 64bit on Win7 and get up to about 16GB of ram.
