PHPUGPH or other groups but for the benefit of those who does not.
Feel free to introduce yourself here... And also for those who just
want to say their hi's and hello's, let's just use this single topic.

To start off, my name is JP Dela Torre. I run a design/development
company called Pigmata Media. Been using CakePHP for more than 2
years. I'm really excited to meet you guys.

engineer PoliticalArena.com. I've been baking using CakePHP for about
2 years now (since 1.1). I like MMORPGS, RTS, FPS spy/stealth games,

FOSS. Waiting for the first meet-up to happen. :)

Hi all,


I'm Sonny Gauran @SonnyGauran from Paranaque, and i've spent a lot of
time with Cake.
1.2 Stable was like a dream come true when it sprang out on Christmas,
but baking with a stable cake was no different, just felt more ---
accomplished. =)) Anyway, it solved one bug for me. ;-)

I kinda did a case study and thesis on it. =P I've spent a few months
on the #cakephp before, got tired that's why I stopped, I guess. =))

Wanted to have a CakePHP IDE built using Netbeans, and even called it
Kusina, but taken back by duties.. =P Had an urge to control the
current running HTTP server on any OS inside the IDE. :)) So it was a
roadblock for me..
Part-Time teaching for about 3 years. Mostly Java SE/EE with SVN, but
some PHP and C++ here and there...

I'm Rachel from Pampanga. I started using cakephp when I started
working for Promet Source in 2006. I've done a couple of small to
medium projects for Promet that's how I got into the framework. We are
shifting now to Drupal kaya I've spent less time baking pero I have
pet projects where I use cake para kahit papaano I'm still updated. I
am also part of the PHPUGPH Roadshow team wherein I talk about Cakephp
introduction. I hope to also meet someone who wants to join the team.
Let's spread the love! Hehe

Hi guys,
I'm Mark Garcia, currently working as web systems programmer at a
company here in San Juan.
A newbie in cakephp (in php as well)... still in the process of
learning how to use the framework.
Sad to say, I haven't been introduce to the full capacity and
capability of the framework (the reason why I joined this group),
because as of now I'm still studying the basics. Hope that you guys
will guide me to the right path.
