A CakePHP Checklist

Hi fellow PH Bakers,

I'm just wondering if there could be something like a checklist for
CakePHP.
That way, on a birds-eye-view, we know what we're missing; we know
what we can review.
And in some way, we can guide others to fill-up their own
checklist. ;-)
