An old problem in paginate() happened again in the recent SVN

For using ACL Management Plugin ( http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/view/acl-management-plugin
), I downloaded the latest version of cakephp from SVN today. ACL
Management Plugin could work with this version but the PaginatorHelper
generate wrong links as mentioned in released pre-beta version. It
generate the link like:

http://localhost/acos/admin_index/page:7

But the one in nightly-built version cakephp_1.2.x.x_28.11.2007 is:

http://localhost/admin/acos/index/page:7
