Book translations (po entries)

Hi All,

As translation efforts are moving along nicely (http://
book.cakephp.org/stats), It's time to start using the po files.

http://book.cakephp.org/default.pot

So far there is only a portuguese po file in use (http://
book.cakephp.org/pt)

If you can spare the time to send me a translated po file - please
mail me directly.

PS. The "welcome to.." text is filled with the root node's contents.
e.g. http://book.cakephp.org/pt/view/1/O-Cookbook (also note the page
title)
