The installation may fail if you download the wrong version, but only sometimes. If an app installs regardless of the selected variant, it may work fine but have strange text or display issues. If this happens, download the correct version for your device and try the process again.

I know it was once stopped , then I hear that it was brought back after specific version of android. I am using avd android version 4.4.3 (api 19) google app . I dont see a google play store app there. Am I suppose to expect it? Or is there an official apk for google play store that can be installed on the avd officially?
The OBB file was added to the Google Play Console version accordingly as an expansion file. I can see the difference when downloading the app from google play (it goes from 50mb without it, to 300mb with it).
I also had to check the settings

I was able to export a 99.6MB .apk file and then I uploaded it to Google Play.This had fixed the OBB Key Not Found for me. I was able to download the game from the store and play it perfectly.
I suppose that in real life, player will install the game through Google Play and Google Play will install OBB into the correct location (I have yet to check this). But overal the current UE4 approach seems a bit unreliable - if player changes install preference settings between internal storage/sd card any installed UE4 game might stop working and/or will start re-downloading OBB into new location.
I was having trouble as well and found that I had some vestigial data from a development build that was causing issues. Deleting the cache and storage of any existing version before uninstalling and reinstalling from the play store worked for me in this case.
I have the same issue (UE 4.27.1, NDK 23.0.7123448, jdk1.8.0_281; Android 11) and it is not consistent. If I keep making new builds it will eventually either work or display the error message. Also, the build that works will consistently work and the build that does not work will consistently not work.
I've dug out my old Samsung TAB 3 8.0 (SM-T130) with the intention of using it as a dedicated google calendar display. I did a factory reset, logged back into my google account and tried to install google calendar. Initially I got the error message that google play store has no connection but after a few tries it installed anyway.
When trying to run google calendar, I get the error message "Calendar won't run unless you update google play services"
However, when I try to update google play services via the play store, I get the error message "no connection" despite having a good wifi signal and being able to access the internet via browser
Looking online many of the guides for this seem to be directed at phones rather than tablets, so some of the options such as removing recent updates to the play store or disabling and re-enabling play services don't seem to be possible.
Web links will open with Microsoft Edge or any other browser app you choose to deploy. Be sure to deploy at least one browser app to devices in order for web links to be able to open properly. However, all of the Display options available for web links (full screen, standalone, and minimal UI) will only work with the Chrome browser.
When the app is displayed in the App licenses node of the Apps workload pane, you can assign it just as you would assign any other app by assigning the app to groups of users.
When necessary, you can delete Managed Google Play apps from Microsoft Intune. To delete a Managed Google Play app, open Microsoft Intune in the portal and select Apps > All apps. From the app list, select the ellipses (...) to the right of the Managed Google Play app, then select Delete from the displayed list.

Disassembly of actin networks by cytochalasin D (1 microM) or latrunculin A (3 microM) prevented the inhibitory effect of ATP (10 microM) on the thapsigargin (100 nM)-evoked store-operated Ca2+ entry, without changing the effect of ATP in increasing [Ca2+]i. In normal cells, bath application of ATP induced a transient [Ca2+]i increase, consisting of a rapid increase (the rising phase) and the subsequent decrease (the declining phase) to a lower steady level despite the continued presence of the agonist. Disruption of actin assemblies did not significantly affect the rising phase, but prevented the declining phase. Cells incubated with 10 microM ATP for 4 min demonstrated marked accumulations of actin filaments at the cell periphery, showing protrusions at the cell surface; this actin-assembly process is mediated through P2 receptors. In cells treated with cytochalasin D or latrunculin A, extracellular ATP did not induce actin redistribution. These results suggest that the actin reorganization plays a role in ATP-induced inhibition of store-operated Ca2+ entry in rat brown adipocytes.
I use Aurora Store it is an alternative play store like Yalp. Having a filter feature that removes installed Fdroid apps from the aurora store installed app list which stops update notices and offers a blacklist too.
