Fwd: 12 funded PhD and post-doc positions

Dear colleagues,

The L3S Research Center (Germany), together with outstanding universities and institutions in Europe, the US, India, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, is pleased to invite applications for 12 well-funded PhD and post-doctoral positions to work on the International Future Lab for Artificial Intelligence (LeibnizAILab), funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

The LeibnizAILab is developing AI for personalised medicine, and while all of the enumerated research areas may be of interest to the information science/studies community, I suspect #'s 6-11 will be especially interesting for their connections to topics like:

• health information seeking/behaviour
• information ethics and data ethics
• medical informatics
• personal health information management
• responsible AI
