Dear Professionals,

I have a query???

I have applied for change of company name, hence I file form-1A in MCA specifying the desire name say ABC Pvt. Ltd. The name is approved but now I don't want that name, now I want a different name say XYZ Pvt. Ltd.

Please guide me, what to do??????

Hi,
In my opinion you should file new one. File the documents related to desired name.

Just wait for 60 days from the date of approval of name. After 60 days that name would automatically got cancelled. After that you can file the new form 1a.
