Greetings from Sphere India!!!
A group of organizations from the Coalition for Food and Nutrition Security and Sphere India are organizing a “South Asia Conference on Policies and Practices to Improve Nutrition Security in 2014” on 30th- 31st July 2014 at New Delhi.
Thematic Focus: The conference aims to deliberate on the following themes:
Nutrition through Life Course
Nutrition Education and Innovations
Community Nutrition Programmes: What works
Nutrition from Nature Gender and Equity in Nutrition
Nutrition Monitoring
Nutrition Policies and Programmes
Emerging Themes :
Nutrition in Emergencies
Private Sector Engagement on Nutrition
Media Engagement to Promote Nutrition
You are invited to submit abstracts of your work on the above themes and emerging themes based on your work and expertise to be presented at the conference by 10 May 2014. Selected abstracts will be considered for a session presentation or poster presentation. All abstracts would be printed in conference publication.
Enclosed PFA conference flyer for further information.
Also, requesting you to kindly share abstracts of your work on “Nutrition in Emergencies” as we are advocating to address this issue in collaboration with NDMA, Government of India. We need good practices documentation on “Nutrition in Emergencies” to strengthen our efforts.
