Hi Ted,

Do we need to park overnight at Lewis Park one night or two nights?

Hi Everyone,

I have received approval from Edina Parks to park in Lewis Park from Friday the 13th through Tuesday the 17th.  Please put a notice on your dashboard saying that overnight parking had been approved by the Director of Edina Parks and Recreation if you intend to park there.

Just as a reminder, The blacktop at the property will receive a sealcoat treatment this month on Friday, July 13th and Monday, July 16th.  The south half from 7486 to 7438 will be done on Friday and the north half from 7436 to 7400 will be done on Monday.  All vehicles will need to stay off the sealcoat for 24-48 hours after it is done.

Does anyone know if the outlet in the garage is tied in to one of the GFI switches inside the house?

Thank you
Connie

Garage lights are connected either to a GFI breaker in the fuse box, or to a GFI outlet in one of your bathrooms. Maybe both.

Are we still planning on sealcoating this week or should we pause to review the concerns and information residents have posted and check into Matt’s option of fixing cracks only?
