I had a plumber out this past week, and they ran a line through the pipes out to the street. In the pipe under the street, not my driveway, but the shared street between driveways, there are stripes you can see on the inside of the pipe. This indicates that a patch is needed to prevent the pipe from cracking. If it is not done, the pipe will break and the streets would need to be drilled into.

My question is, who is responsible for covering the shared pipe of Cahill Road?
