The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I had the same issue, and a simple solution fixed the problem for me. I wiped off the metal end of the right AirPod, and then used a Q-tip to clean the bottom of the case where the metal end of the right AirPod made contact with the case. Works great once again and holds charge. Hope this helps! Of course, if the problem persists, getting in contact with someone at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store nearest to you would be advised.

I have a similar problem. While the AirPods are stored in the case, the left one stays at 100%, while the right one drains down to around 25%. I have to take the right one out of the case and put it back in to get it charging again.

I read on another forum that forgetting the AirPods on your device and then resetting the AirPod case by holding the button on the case for about 15 seconds, and then re paring it to your device. I have tried this and both pods have been charging again, for the last couple of days.

Hi guys. I currently live here in Taiwan and I recently purchased the Apple Airpods. It was working fine for the 1st week then all of a sudden, the right airpod is not charging anymore. I took it to the apple service center, and they said it was working fine. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I have read the suggestions here and it has not helped me with this problem. I live way too far from the city and I cant keep going back to the apple service center and they will just give me the same answer that there is no problem with my airpods. Thanks to those will help.

I have found that when I use a third-party charging cable (i.e., non-Apple brand), the right airpod doesn't charge. Using the Apple-brand cable and an Apple-brand charger does charge the right AirPod.

Same problem but I've taken it in and has the case replaced, still uneven charging, then had the right one replaced, but still the same. Either this is a software issue or a manufacturing defect with the contacts in the right earpod. Any advice would be welcome. AppleCare has no clue.

Airpods paired and connected with PC and work fine with system except when in Zoom. When I test speaker and mic for airpods I get silence. If I exit Zoom, airpods work fine when connected to PC. Zoom audio and mic work fine if I use PC audio/speaker instead of airpods so Zoom audio function is working except when I use airpods. I have tried various setting options within Zoom but no cigar. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I am having the same problem! Has anyone figured this out? I upgraded from airpods to airpods pro and the airpods pro do not work with zoom. Similar to the original post, my airpods are connected to my laptop and all other audio works. When I test the speaker, it shows I am connected to my airpods but no sounds. My original airpods worked fine so I don't know what is the issue.

I got them to work finally! First, for the speaker, make sure to turn the volume physically up on your airpods while in Zoom (like actually slide your fingers up on the airpods while they are in your ears). It sounds silly but my speaker wasnt working and I realized for some reason Zoom was turning down the volume on my AirPod Pros when I logged on. Once I figured that out though the microphone still didnt work. I spent hours going down rabbit holes on reddit but heres how I got it to work. Go to device manager and show hidden devices -- under Audio inputs and Outputs delete everything airpod related. Then go to bluetooth and remove your airpods device from bluetooth. Reboot the computer do a (hard) amber light reset on the airpod case. Also uninstall Zoom and delete any folder in your computer related to Zoom, you may have to do a bit of searching. Finally restart your laptop and re-pair your airpods. Hope this works for you!

This acutally worked. Thank you!
1. Unistall Zoom on you PC, and everything related to Zoom
2. Forget AirPods Pro 2 on you computer. Go to Device Manager, and under "Audio Inputs and Outputs" delete things related to Airpods and reboot the airpods.
3. Restart your computer, once its up and running, install again Zoom.
4. Reconnect you AirPods Pro 2 to your computer.
5. Run Zoom and choose your AirPods as your speakers and mic. It should be working instantly.

Love the tear-down but could you also delve into the top magnets that pull/hold the airpods in their charging tube and also how they are magnetically aligned in the lid? My thoughts are that the rear lid magnets oppose each other so has to help hold the lid open but their opposing force is overcome when the front magnets are attracted and obviously have more leverage being further from the hinge to snap shut and hold the lid closed. To me, this is an ingeniously overlooked design aspect of the case using magnets rather than springs to create a spring-like effect.
