At http://www.cafu.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1632 a case is described
where a map cannot be compiled with CaBSP in debug build, but the same map
''can'' be compiled with CaBSP in release build.

It is quite clear that this is related to the flood-filling step that in
the debug build probably does not reach the outermost leaves, consequently
marks the "wall" faces as "outside", and consequently removes them --
which breaks the map.

It must still be examined why the flood-fill in debug build behaves
differently from the release build.
