Now that SCons (versions >= 2.3.1) properly supports the 64-bit compiler
that ships with Visual C++ 2012 (also with the Express Edition), we should
make sure that 64-bit builds under Windows work flawlessly again.

Comment:

I regularly build Cafu both in 32- and 64-bit variants on my local
machine, and everything seems to work as expected: I'm not aware of any
remaining issues with 64-bit builds.
