Can caffeine be modified for only sound?

Thank you for this amazing program, but I have a problem when using this...

For example, I would like to run skype all the time, but only would like to enable caffeine when it is active. For example, it can be also when listening to music. Is there any way to add an option to watch for the sound and enable caffeine if there is?

This can also be applied to any kind of sound generating application e.g. a video player.
