Hello. I am using two LMDB constructed using the 'convert_imageset' program which uses 'ReadImageToDatum' function.
One of the LMDBs is created using images(which I use as GT) that are all black save for one pixel. I keeping having problems with this structure (I keep getting 0 as my loss). I am suspicious that the my GT are compressed a bit which turns my all 0 but 1 images into an all 0 images.
