Tool to plot the range of values (weights, outputs) in a distribution form like in Ristretto

Hi everyone,

I would like to find a tool which takes a pre-trained model as input and plots the distribution of the weights over the net or each layer. I have seen this pic in Ristreto:

I guess it already exists, so I could save some time if I dont need to implemented myself. Do you know of any tool like this or how Ristretto does it?
