Input data in caffe

i have question regarding input data…

I am working with brain images. and I have extracted features for based on “alzheimer disease”. each sample have class label and 6 features. So, how to use it in caffe for training and testing… i am using bash script.

Another Question : On which base, we are choosing this imagenet ot lenet?
