shuffling with multiple HDF5 data layers

Hi,

Is there any way to shuffle the data in case of multiple HDF5 data layers?

The option of "shuffle: true" is available but I believe the shuffle does not maintain the attribution of the multiple inputs to the sample and its label, meaning each data layer is shuffled within itself and the order of inputs-labels is ruined.
