Do i need to resize image according to the size of the blob???

I am having  videos of different frame sizes and wish to use alexnet implementation in Caffe for feature extraction for the same. Do I need to resize the blob size each and every time I load those frames of different frame sizes??

My only input here is that I know convert_imageset (for creating an LMDB) is expecting all images to be the same size.
