the leveldb size is different when using crontab

Now I'd need to convert data files to leveldb ,and daily train models.So I set crontab to run it.And the leveldb size is only 179M when running by crontab,253M when runing by manual.It should be the same because the same scripts.Why it is different?Is there any  relevant with cronab ?So confused.
