IOU as Caffe accuracy output

Hi,

I want my Caffe program to output IOU as accuracy after each iteration. As of now my program is outputting only loss and accuracy.

On internet, I found this, and in here Caffe is outputting IOU also.

How do I achieve this?

Take a look to this post. You should be able to get multiclass accuracy, per-class accuracy, per-class IoU and frequency weighted av. accuracy by using score.do_seg_tests()
