using caffe to predict in ios/android/OSX/windows

I want to use Caffe to predict using an existing model in ios/android and windows. Are these the right libraries to use: 

1. iOS:

(This seems to have ceased active maintainence)

2. Android

https://github.com/sh1r0/caffe-android-lib

3. Windows

https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/tree/windows

Are these the ones to use? Are there any prebuilt binaries for windows ?

I don't know about the iOS/Android forks, but I recently installed and ran the official Windows version just fine.
There are no prebuilt binaries - you must compile it yourself. The process is quite well documented though, I got mine running in under an hour.

Thanks. For iOS all I can find is the github repo I linked to but which is not actively maintained.
