Caffe unit tests could not find build/examples/images/... and solver_data_list.txt.gen.cmake

Hi,

I am trying to run OpenCL Caffe unit tests, and I am getting failures with message saying: 

E0302 15:27:40.891023  1796 io.cpp:89] Could not open or find file <path to caffe>/caffe/build/examples/images/cat.jpg

F0302 15:27:40.891273  1796 image_data_layer.cpp:77] Check failed: cv_img.data Could not load <path to caffe>/caffe/build/examples/images/cat.jpg

I have the images in caffe/examples/images/ , but not under the build folder. 

And on some tests I see a message:

F0302 15:19:32.123162  1374 hdf5_data_layer.cpp:89] Failed to open source file: <path to caffe>/caffe/src/caffe/test/test_data/solver_data_list.txt.gen.cmake

I did not see any errors in compilation when I do make all and make install. 

Am I missing something?
