Caffe Ubuntu Installation errors

Hi

I'm trying to install caffe on ubuntu 16.04.

I have CUDA - 8.0 and gcc 5.4.

when i try to run make all command in caffe,

i get the the following errors

 .build_release/src/caffe/proto/caffe.pb.h:22:35: fatal error: google/protobuf/arena.h: No such file or directory

i originally had protobuff - 3.0 but even after downgrading to 2.6.1 , i'm still getting these errors
