Extract Caffe features in a text file using C++

I have been able to train the Caffe network over the Imagnet dataset. Now I'm trying to extract the weights from the caffemodel files. I have tried this link http://caffe.berkeleyvision.org/gathered/examples/feature_extraction.html but I get the data in .mdb format. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Is there a way of extracting the weights in a text file using C++?
