[how-to] Use name string for top in python net spec

Hi,

someone has an idea how to use the same string for name and top with the python net specification. I tried passing top=['my_name'] as argument in conv layer but it produces a new top.

I haven't checked the code yet but I feel that it's complex to get this behavior for layer who produces several top(s).
