using caffe framework, accuracy in age estimation is suprisingly very poor

Hi,

I had downloaded the age_net.caffemodel and gender_net.caffemodel from the link(https://gist.github.com/GilLevi/c9e99062283c719c03de) and tested with the input image. The predicted age is suprisingly + or - 20yrs 

Pls suggest what can be done to improve the accuracy.

FYI: Based on the below code snippet we had tested the age analysis
