Makefile:581: recipe for target '.build_release/src/caffe/internal_thread.o' failed

Hello I followed this guide:

I ran the make all command and I got this error:

CXX src/caffe/internal_thread.cpp

                 from ./include/caffe/internal_thread.hpp:4,
                 from src/caffe/internal_thread.cpp:4:
./include/caffe/util/device_alternate.hpp:34:23: fatal error: cublas_v2.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
Makefile:581: recipe for target '.build_release/src/caffe/internal_thread.o' failed
make: *** [.build_release/src/caffe/internal_thread.o] Error 1

I am on ubuntu 16.04 desktop version.
