how to find a developer to create a custom caffe layer for me?

Hey there,

I need a custom caffe (v1) layer. What is the best way to find a suitable developer to implement this for me? I suppose I could try implementing it myself, but I don't have a very strong math background, so I'm not sure if I would be able to do the "backward" math correctly. Because of that I'd rather pay someone with good math + caffe knowledge to do the job for me.

And can you give me a (very rough) estimate on what kind of money a job like this usually goes for?

(The custom layer will be a somewhat modified "conv" layer, shouldn't be too hard to implement, I think.)
