caffe fully convolutional network for semantic segmentation error

I have an error when I tried to run fcn/voc-fcn8s/solve.py under caffe.

I0705 15:00:14.015141 4971 layer_factory.hpp:77] Creating layer data
ImportError: No module named layers
Traceback (most recent call last):
 File "examples/fcn/voc-fcn8s/solve.py", line 17, in <module>
 solver = caffe.SGDSolver('examples/fcn/voc-fcn8s/solver.prototxt')
SystemError: NULL result without error in PyObject_Call

There is no solution in website. Do anybody know how to solve it? Thanks a lot.

I'd say you have to rename "layers" to "layer" in your train.prototxt as it can't recognize with the old style initialization.
