Hello Everyone,

Are there any good tools/scripts that help with the visualization of the trained networks?

Interesting things to visualize are:
- The feature maps when running the data forward (like in the Caffe filter visualization tutorial)
- Gradient visualizations
- The patches that provide the maximum/minimum activation (Matthew Zeiler's excellent talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghEmQSxT6tw)
- Activation when adding occlusions to parts of the images (Zeiler's paper)
- t-SNE mapping
- Activation on movies (similar to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhqOMJIHD8A)
- Other (?)

I know all of those can be constructed in Caffe. I am just wondering if there is anything already developed that can do any of the above.

Thanks a lot!
Yotam.
