neural network caffemodel

         I am doubted about file：.caffemodel.

         If I only have .caffemodel file, can I get the neural network framework？

You cannot fully retrieve a network prototext from caffemodel. It only contains parameters of the network bound to the layer names, so you might get some insight into it (see Evan Shelhamer's answer).
