How to calculate receptive field size for 3D medical image

Hi All

I am trying to figure out receptive field size of CNN for medical image. I am able to find a lot material for 2-D but no luck for 3D image.

If anyone has idea please guide me

In above figure kernel size 5*5*5 and stride is 1 . I am not getting at stage how it comes 22*22*22
